THE NEIGHBORS
The neighborhood encompasses a host of universities, medical centers, offices, hotels, restaurants, residential high-rises, and cultural venues to keep people from all walks of life in rotation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A rhythmic blend of tourists, young professionals, students, doctors, and empty nesters.
A plethora of amenities at your fingertips.
Streeterville’s downtown location makes for an effortless walk (or ride) to lakefront and Navy Pier activities, luxury shopping on Michigan Avenue, fine dining at neighborhood restaurants, and cocktailing in grand lounges of iconic buildings with a view.
THE LIFESTYLE
A walkable community with quick access to entertainment.
New developments have populated the area with a growing number of high-end leisure activities. From state-of-the-art movie theaters and sleek bowling alleys equipped with wine bars and river views to arcade-golf-gastropub hybrids, there’s something for everyone.

UNEXPECTED APPEAL
History, high-end perks, and residential living collide.
The vibrant neighborhood jutting out into Lake Michigan captures a bit of everything—historic appeal; state-of-the-art hospitals, shops, and restaurants; and a home base for residents, professionals, and tourists. While congestion is largely due to foot traffic, there's a continual thrum of cabs and buses connecting people to other parts
THE MARKET
Luxury high-rise condos and townhome options on the river.
Streeterville’s exclusive properties keep residents close to countless attractions and activities daily.
YOU'LL FALL IN LOVE WITH
A close-knit community, energetic atmosphere, and exceptional lake and river views.
You’ll enjoy the constant thrum of energy, whether you’re sipping a beverage at the Ohio Street beach cafe or admiring the area’s contemporary art scene.
TRANSPORTATION
The Navy Pier Terminal serves as a transportation hub, with buses running north, west, and south of the terminal. The Grand Avenue bus will take you west to any 'L' stop (the State/Grand Red Line stop is the closest), and buses also run express north/south along Lake Shore Drive. Cycling enthusiasts have one of the city's most convenient trails at their disposal: the Lake Shore Trail, which will take them to the Loop or Lincoln Park in minutes. Streeterville is also very walkable, with River North's restaurants on the other side of Michigan Avenue and the Loop's heart just across the river. Because of the high volume of traffic on Michigan Avenue, rideshares can only pick you up on the east/west side streets.
