I met Jason Rowland two years before I put up my condo for sale. I was looking at a unit in a building at which he was showing the same unit to his client. We talked about the neighborhood and general real estate topics. I told him that I did not plan to sell my house or move for at least a year. Over that time --which was actually a time period over two years by the time I had my condo cleaned out and made ready for showing ---Jason called me from time to time. We talked about general real estate in the Lincoln Park market, which helped me get ready to list my place.
